Has Khuda Haafiz become a hit or flop? We’ll find out soon. The film was developed by Fox Star Studios and is being distributed on Hotstar and Star India. It’s estimated to cost around 10 crores and will be available on both platforms. The script was written by Faruk Kabir and it’s produced by Abhishek Pathak and Kumar Mangat Pathak. It’s also set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 14 August 2020.
Khuda Haafiz started off with a low opening on Eid day, but it soon turned into a modest hit, collecting between Rs. 1.75-2 crores in its first week. It also ended up getting decent numbers on weekdays as well, as most films do these days. But, it’s not clear whether Khuda Haafiz will earn a profit after the Eid holiday.

Khuda Haafiz is set to earn about $170 million worldwide, which is not bad for an indie movie.

It’s a Romantic Thriller film starring Vidyut Jammwal, Shivaleeka Oberoi, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Sheeba Chaddha, and Akash Kapoor. However, critics have expressed dissatisfaction with the film, saying it lacks a strong plot and the lead actors are a bit too bland. The sequel will focus on the love story between the two lead characters. It will be directed by Faruk Kabir.
